Chamber Awards Night & Christmas Celebrations

14 October 2021

10 November @ 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm

The Hills and Districts Chamber of Commerce Inc exists to support its members to achieve profitable and sustainable businesses and effective not-for-profit organisations.We do this:

  • through networking, information exchange and education;
  • through developing apolitical, positive relationships and communications with all levels of government;
  • by contributing to the wider social, health and well-being of our community.

Each year, as part of our festive season we hold an Awards event to celebrate the successes of the Chamber and its members.

This year our focus is on the great work and innovation some members have achieved through the trying circumstances occasioned by the Pandemic

These changed conditions have occurred in all aspects of life including  business, school, and family life, throughout 2021.

It has meant that some members have had to change their business operations while coping with and sustaining family challenges.

They have had to contend with the need to home school children, care for their families and themselves and look after their staff.

The purpose of this evening is to recognise those members of our business community who have managed to thrive and overcome the hurdles, the sudden lockdowns, home schooling, and closure of  business that have occasioned.

Some of our members are sole traders and a lockdown can be very confronting if you are on your own.

The annual awards,  are voted on by peers, and will celebrate our successes.

Please come and celebrate, enjoy, and mingle with our members and guests.  Learn more about The Hills & Districts, its businesses and its people.

Book your ticket now via our Events page. We look forward to celebrating with you.
