In this two hour interactive and engaging session you will learn about the relationship between wellbeing and performance, discover levers to boost your resilience, build your resilience toolkit and develop a resilience plan to take your 2024 to the next level.

Led by Resilience at Work Facilitator, Donna Thistlethwaite, this program usually sells for $1500 but is made available to you for a song courtesy of a Chamber Wellness Grant.
