FREE Information / Education morning

The Senior Committee of The Hills and Districts Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you, your friends and family to our first Information / Education session.

We have seen a need for seniors and people thinking about retirement to be better educated about all future challenges to give them the confidence to tackle life ahead in this third age.

Often it is the small things that we need to know that will keep our lives as uncomplicated as possible.

Anne from Services Australia will present our first session.

She will be outlining the role of their Financial Information Service.

Following on from this, there will be a presentation on the topic of My Aged Care, all three levels will be discussed:

• Commonwealth Support,
• In Home Care and
• Residential Care.

A general overview of how the fees and charges are calculated will be provided.

There will be plenty of time for questions as I am sure there will be many.

We will supply a small morning tea for the attendees.
