Willow Waters
Willow is young professional consultant dedicated to assisting the community and individuals to absorb and master tools of validated self-efficacy needed to navigate success within our personal and professional lives.
She has qualifications as a Trainer and assessor in Pathology and current Health and in Human services within the field of Employment Rehabilitation and Disability case management
Willow started her community engagement at very young age attending Girls Bridge Australia in utero to grade 12, participating in mentoring youth, acquiring funding for communities and supporting the elderly.
More recently during the peak of the pandemic, due to a failing system seeing prisoners' parole dates being delayed by average 200 days (about 6 and a half months),
Willow assisted by performing Pro bono Judicial reviews with 100% release rate of all her clients despite no prior legal knowledge.
A dedicated proud partner and mother of three children who is passionate about learning and upholding the cultural practices of her partner and children's Wiradjuri culture.
