Bramwell Partners is a true partnership. For Twenty years Wayne and I have been working together developing our skills in business management. We share a common goal to help businesses establish sustainable platforms for growth.
Wayne and I began working together in the family transport business. Our 18 years working in the small business environment ignited a passion to help small to medium family businesses.
We identified that one of the challenges facing the family business was systemisation and documentation of the business processes that are necessary to take the business to the next level. This was when I was introduced to Quality Management Systems.
I have now been involved in Quality Management Systems for 20 years. My focus has been to assist businesses across all industries to document their already established practices and processes. The documentation process enables the business to then define how it operates and is able to provide a quality service or product.
As a mother of two small children and the general manager for the family transport business, I obtained my Degree in Management and HR. As the General Manager of the family business, I became acutely aware of the challenges affecting small to medium businesses. Together Wayne and I saw that compliance issues for all businesses were ever increasing. Our experiences resulted in our decision to focus on assisting small to medium family businesses. We have identified our own strengths and developed the service offerings of Bramwell Partners around these. I have my skills in documentation and systems and have combined these with a love of Human Resource Management and Occupational Health & Safety to develop these services. My main focus is to provide services to business that not only add value to the business but are within the budgetary restraints of the business.
Wayne has over 20 years experience in the transport and equipment hire industries, specializing in operations and business management. During this time he has been involved in writing and implementing new OH&S systems in business and has a vast understanding of Australian standards and legal requirements across the two industries. Having held senior management positions with full P&L responsibility he understands the struggle that businesses have with implementing and maintaining robust OH&S procedures and policies whilst remaining cost effective and value adding to the business. Wayne’s experience in managing in strong union environments also complements my specialisation in the HR field.
Together we provide a unique perspective to businesses on the management of their compliance issues and the long term sustainability of their business.
