North West Youth Accommodation Service Inc. (NWYAS Inc.) is an organisation providing support and accommodation to young people aged 16-25 who are homeless in the North West of Brisbane.

NWYAS Inc. have 14 properties which we rent to young people for a period of 6-12 months. We support young people by providing tenancy education and support to gain the practical and living skills required to be able to successfully manage and sustain their own independent housing options.  We support and empower young people to work through the barriers that are preventing them from being able to live independently and assist young people to find the most appropriate housing outcomes for their situations.
