Picabeen Community Association Inc provides a range of community development and support services which aims to assist people living in North West Brisbane with seeking safe outcomes and gaining increased connectedness to their community.

Our goals include enhancing and developing a responsive network of agencies in North West Brisbane, via joint service delivery, identifying gaps and working with the government and community to develop solutions.

Situated at 22 Hoben Street Mitchelton, Picabeen Community Centre is open from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm and on Friday from 9 am to Noon.

Community Services offered include Youth Services, Community Events, Play Groups ,Free Community Lunch and Counselling

General Services include No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS), Free Tax help, Room Hire and Justice of the Peace Service

Classes include Conversational English, Art & Craft, Yoga and Scrabble
