Changes in legislation around Bystander, sexual harassment and bullying in the workplace is shifting this issue from a HR matter to a workplace safety issue for all organisations.
These changes change the responsibility for business owners.
In Safe Hands is conducting a workshop at the Kedron Wavell RSL on the 30th of September 2022 to equip business owners and executives with tools to embed respect at work practices.
