Making the Most of Your Chamber Community – for Members and Reciprocal Chamber Members
12 May 2020 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Linda Conyard and I would like to invite you to join us following the Tuesday Check-Ins on the 12th May and 9th June (monthly) for an opportunity to connect and share our current circumstances with the aim of providing additional support at these times.

Last Tuesday (15th April 2020) we touched on the issue of whether or not we are recreating our chaotic and busy lives online, highlighting the importance of taking some time now and make sure we balance things well. As we find our “new normal”, for however long, now is a great time to reprioritise and find our new routine. Things may look at little different for the time being, but like I’ve been saying, “When you can’t do what you want, do what you can!”. Don’t let creativity stand in your way, take back control of your calendar and start with your non-negotiables.
Linda guided us through an exercise to help calm the known, and potentially unknown, worries we may have been carrying. This was an easy to follow yet effective process that we all found helpful. Join myself, Hayley Lingard and Linda Conyard on the 12th May and the 9th June from 9am to 10am. We are making ourselves available to support you any way we can. We both have skills in supporting people with keeping their mental health in a healthy and highly functional state. Make the most of your Chamber of Commerce Community.
