March 2021 Chamber Breakfast: John and Leah Hudson

Join us on Tuesday for breakfast with speakers John and Leah Hudson who will be presenting “The Devil is in the Detail: Understanding how lenders view you and your finances”.

With more than 45 years’ combined experience owning and operating their own businesses, John and Leah Hudson are well versed in navigating the financial landscape.

John runs Flametree Financial on a day to day basis, specialising in the complex personal and business lending needs of self employed clients.

There’s no doubt that being self-employed makes the process of borrowing money that extra bit challenging. John will decipher just what it is that a bank is looking for when it examines your business financials, and how to prepare so you are presented in the best possible light. With all lenders having different policy positions, the devil is truly in the detail!

Leah, in her current role as QLD State Manager for the Mortgage and Finance Association Australia, supports, educates and advocates for Mortgage Brokers across the state. Leah will provide an overview of the lending market and evolving regulatory framework that could affect you and your business.
