Andy Davison

Andy’s role as General Manager, Industry Growth and Trade at Brisbane Economic Development Agency, involves supporting local businesses grow and succeed whilst attracting new business and investment into Brisbane.

A diplomat for over 20 years, Andy has led trade and investment portfolios across the UK, Europe, Africa and South Asia. Prior to joining Brisbane EDA, he worked with cities in the US, Middle East, South America, ASEAN and China to deliver growth and investment programs and campaigns.

Andy was also involved in leveraging the Olympics for business for both the London and Rio Olympics.

Oriana Wyrozebski

As General Manager, Tourism and Investment at MBRIT, Oriana leads the team developing and delivering the tourism destination management plan for the Moreton Bay region, including industry development, experience development and informing government policy to unlock opportunities and address barriers.

Oriana is a property valuer and investment broker by profession, having led a number of hotel portfolio transactions across EMEA, Asia and Australia. Over the past decade, Oriana led Brisbane’s hotel investment strategy to attract and deliver 5,000 new hotel rooms into the city.
