Our speakers for this month are Abe Arends & Tim Henry
The presentation aims to identify the necessary steps a person should take when they separate from their spouse and the connection between the end of a relationship and estate planning.
Abe Arends is the principal of Arends Legal Solutions. He has over 20 years experience in all types of compensation law and family law.
Abe holds a Bachelor of Laws from QUT.
Tim Henry is the principal of Henry Lawyers a boutique estate law firm. Tim became a solicitor in 2014 and quickly decided that Wills and Estates Law was his area of interest.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Second Class Honours from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Queensland.
