For the first element of the workshop, the presenter will deliver 6 strategies (which apply to all businesses).
As each strategy is covered, the second element of the workshop will occur.
Participants will then be able to enter the relevant information for their business into the online system via their mobile phone. (This is a web-based calculator compatible with Apple and Android phones and tablets or any kind of web browser).
At the conclusion of the teaching of the strategies and the entering of the business owners relevant information, the calculator will show the business owner how much extra cash is available when they implement the easy to apply strategies.
At the conclusion of the workshop, a tally will be made for the total amount of extra cash realised in the workshop, by asking participants to write their figure on a piece of paper and hand it in.
