The Romero Centre Welcome Walk will be held on 20 June to support people seeking asylum. It will highlight  the millions of long, exhausting and dangerous journeys that many people have taken to flee war, political or religious persecution to seek safety and protection in Australia and to honour and respect people’s right to a safe refuge and people’s right to be welcoming and humane. No one should have to walk alone.
