Although the benefits to business of cultural diversity and inclusion are well-recognised, achieving cultural inclusiveness isn’t always easy.
This interactive Chamber workshop facilitated by intercultural consultant Craig Shim will focus on practical actions for achieving cultural inclusiveness in our chamber as well as in our businesses. Craig is the Director of Alphacrane Intercultural Specialists and Chair of the Hills Chamber Cultural Inclusiveness Committee.
Our ambitious vision is to become Queensland’s most culturally-inclusive chamber of commerce and for our local businesses to lead the way in leveraging the cultural diversity that already exists in our region.
In practical terms, this will allow us to attract and support emerging talent, entrepreneurs and business to our region and provide us with greater capabilities for accessing international markets.
