Hi Chamber Members,
Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for the the 27th of June 2023
An essential part of the meeting is the ratification and election of members of the Chamber Executive.
Executive members can join or leave the Executive at any time by vote of the Executive but they must be ratified or elected at the AGM.
For a number of years now we have adopted the practice of vacating all positions and electing / reelecting the proposed nominations.
Nominations for each of the roles will close on Monday the 22nd of May at 12:00pm
Notifications of nominations will be announced on the 23rd of May 2023 at the scheduled monthly breakfast and
The nominations will then be published on the website and social media platform within 48 hours thereafter.
The current Executive wants to invite all members to give consideration to nominating themselves for the various roles
Feel free to contact any member of the Executive if you have any questions about the various roles.
To nominate simply send an email to secretary@hillschamber.org.au nominating the position or positions that you are interested in before Monday the 22nd of May at 12:00pm
